A 20% deposit of the estimated price is required before we provide hand-drawing design.
Once the design and style of cake designs are agreed, a 30% deposit of the estimated price is required.
We will provide a sketch of your customised cake for your approval, along with the final price which will not be more than the estimated price during the consultation unless your cake design idea has changed.
Once everything is approved by yourself, we will sculpt the cake with the design that you have agreed with.
Any changes to the cake 2 weeks before the delivery is subject to additional charges to cover the time and ingredients that have already been incurred.
The balance to be cleared in cash or bank transfer 2 weeks before the delivery.
