For any urgent or last minute order, an additional charge might be added to the final cost depending on the design and complexity as well as the availability.
General Rules of Thumb / Disclaimers
Extra charges will be added to the balance if you wish to make changes to the confirmed orders (i.e. design, colours, cake flavours & fillings, etc). To avoid extra charges, please inform the changes within 48 hours after confirmation of orders.
All custom designs requested may be different from the original image, colour, design sample due to the differences of crafting moulds, colour codes and copyright limitations. We shall not be made liable for any cake outcome(s) that do not meet 100% of the initial requirements due to the above. But we will try our best.
Cancellation
All deposit payments are non-refundable unless the cancellations are made within 48 hours from the order date.
